Sydon.ai x Codequesters — CUBE Buildathon

Frequently Asked Questions

What is CUBE Buildathon?

CUBE Buildathon is an AI hackathon for intelligent commerce, presented by Sydon.ai x Codequesters. Five AI problem statements spanning the e-commerce fulfilment pipeline — from receiving goods to recovering value — are your challenges to solve.

Can I change my track after selecting?

No. Your selection is final. The portal uses atomic seat locking — once you lock a seat, it cannot be changed or released by you. Choose carefully after reading the full problem statement.

What happens if all 60 seats on a track are taken?

That track is full. You can still read the problem statement, but you cannot select it. Choose one of the remaining open tracks.

What is the fork name?

When you select a track, the portal generates a unique fork name for you (e.g., cube26-pck-0142-yourgithub). You must use this exact name when forking the starter repository on GitHub.

Can I submit multiple times?

Yes! You can resubmit as many times as you want before the deadline. Only your latest submission counts. Each submission captures your latest commit SHA.

What is a Pod?

A Pod is a team of five finalists, one from each track. Pods are formed after Round 2 evaluation. In Round 3, Pods integrate their individual solutions into a cohesive end-to-end system.

How is the final score calculated?

Final score = Round 2 individual score (/100) + Round 3 Pod score (/100) = /200.

What if I can't submit on time?

Late submissions are not accepted. The portal enforces the deadline server-side. Please plan ahead and submit early.
